24-Hour Customized Living
Our home is staffed around the clock, every day of the year. Residents receive continuous support in a safe, stable, and healthy environment, with the freedom and warmth of a real home rather than the feel of an institution.
Individualized & Direct Care
Our professionally certified and trained caregivers provide direct, personalized care at the individual level, combining compassion, integrity, and medical knowledge. We take time to know each resident's story, preferences, and goals.
Medication Management
Timely, accurate medication administration, refill coordination, and careful monitoring, in communication with each resident's physicians and pharmacy, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Assistance with Daily Living
Respectful, dignified help with the activities of daily life: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and more, always aimed at preserving as much independence as possible.
Behavioral & Mental Health Support
Patient, judgment-free support for behavioral and mental health needs, delivered by staff trained to respond with calm and consistency and coordinated with each resident's clinicians and case manager.
Oxygen Therapy & Health Support
Support for residents with clinical needs, including oxygen therapy and ongoing health monitoring, delivered by trained staff and coordinated with medical providers.
Meal Preparation & Housekeeping
Nutritious, home-cooked meals prepared with dietary needs and personal tastes in mind, plus full housekeeping and laundry. A clean, comfortable home without the burden of maintaining it.
Transportation Services
Reliable transportation to medical appointments, errands, family visits, and community activities, so life doesn't shrink to the walls of the house.
Enriched Programs, Activities & Supportive Services
Games, outings, celebrations, hobbies, and social time: a calendar of activities that keeps residents engaged, connected, and smiling, supported by services tailored to each person.
Family Communication & Care Coordination
We work closely with residents, families, healthcare providers, and case managers, keeping everyone informed and every plan aligned. Open communication is how we build trust and keep care moving in the same direction.
