Alliance Group Home was established out of a passion for caring for others. That is still the reason we exist.

Alliance Group Home provides meaningful housing services for our residents in Minneapolis and the surrounding metropolitan area. We welcome every resident without judgment, and we work every day to make our home the best place to live and socialize.
Our professionally certified and trained staff provide both direct and personalized care. Each caregiver is selected not only for their skills, but for their character: people who embody our values and create a positive, loving environment.
Whether it's for you or your loved one, we treat every resident at an individual level, combining compassion, integrity, and medical knowledge. We work closely with families, healthcare providers, and case managers to keep care coordinated and everyone informed.
We don't simply provide care. We build relationships, promote independence, and help each resident live with dignity, purpose, and the highest possible quality of life, in a place they are proud to call home.
