Our commitment

We do not exclude people or treat them less favorably because of any of these characteristics in admission, care, or employment.

Help we provide at no charge

• Aids and services for people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as written materials in large print and assistance completing forms.
• Language assistance for people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreter services arranged on request.

Concerns and grievances

You can file in person, by mail, by phone, or by email, and we can help you prepare it.
