Our approach in one paragraph
This website is designed around data minimization. It loads no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels, and no social media embeds. Fonts and images are served from our own site. The only personal information we receive through this website is what you choose to send us via the contact form, email, or phone, and we use it solely to respond to you.

When you use our contact form, call, or email us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange tours, and communicate about our services. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Information collected automatically
Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies
By default this site sets no tracking cookies. We store a single value in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie-banner choice. If we introduce analytics in the future, they will run only after you opt in via the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated first.
Your privacy rights

Health information & HIPAA
As a residential care provider, Alliance Group Home treats resident health information as confidential and handles it in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where it applies. In practice this means:
- Resident health information is used and disclosed only for treatment, care coordination, payment, and operations, or as otherwise permitted or required by law;
- Access to health information is limited to staff who need it to provide care;
- Residents and their authorized representatives may request access to, and an accounting of disclosures of, their health records;
- Our full Notice of Privacy Practices is published on this site, available at the home, and provided at admission.
How we protect information
This website is served over HTTPS. Inquiry information is accessible only to authorized Alliance Group Home staff. We retain inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Children
This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
