Individuals who are high functioning and may be subject to having: intellectual disabilities, chronic persistent mental illness, and brain injury. 

Cost of rent is dependent upon the needs of each individual.

The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and all other necessary rooms and living areas are furnished. All rooms for individuals are unfurnished to allow residents to have creative freedom over how they choose to live. 

Sources of payment for services covered by the daily/monthly rate would be: You may pay yourself , Copayment and billing to a third party, and county pay.

• RN Services on-call 24/7
• PCA Services Provided
• Site Service Manager on call 24/7 
• Service Coordinator

No, we do not treat substance abuse. However, we will work with you and your team to support you on your journey to stay sober. 

Alliance Group Home INC  has a Housing with Services registration and a Comprehensive Home Care license

A caring staff who will provide (including, but not limited to);

• Housing with supports

• Medication administration

• Medical and mental health visits

• Social activities

• Coordinate with work or school

• Behavior management and supports

• Risk Management

• Improvement in independent living skills

• ​Assistance with transportation coordination

Yes, you will have a nice private bedroom all to yourself.
